What This Means for You
Fear is not from God. Full stop. That panicky feeling, the spiraling thoughts, the paralysis that keeps you from moving forward? That's not what He gave you. He gave you power to act, love to push through, and a sound mind to think clearly. When fear is loud, remember: the Spirit inside you is louder.
Try This Today
The next time anxiety hits today, stop and say: "God did not give me the spirit of fear. He gave me power, love, and a sound mind." Then take one deep breath and do the next right thing.
