Where Your Help Comes From

What This Means for You
When life gets heavy, we look around for help in all kinds of places: friends, finances, strategies, ourselves. This psalm asks the question and then gives the answer. Where does your help come from? From the Lord, who made heaven and earth. The God who built mountains and flung stars into space is the same God helping you today.
Try This Today
Step outside tonight and look up at the sky. Say out loud: "The God who made all of this is helping me." Let that settle into your heart before you go back inside.
