Cast It, Don't Carry It

What This Means for You
David does not say 'manage your burden' or 'learn to cope with it.' He says cast it. Throw it. Give the full weight of it to God. He is not asking you to carry what He has already offered to hold.
Try This Today
Write your biggest worry on a piece of paper. Fold it up, place it in your Bible, and say out loud: 'Lord, this one is Yours now.' Leave it there for the week.
