Afraid and Still Trusting
“What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee. In God I will praise his word, in God I have put my trust; I will not fear what flesh can do unto me.”

What This Means for You
David does not say 'I am never afraid.' He says when I am afraid, I will trust. Faith is not the absence of fear. It is what you choose to do in the middle of it. You can be scared and brave at the same time.

Name one fear that has been looping in your mind this week. Then read Psalm 56:3-4 out loud three times, slowly. Let it sink in deeper than the fear.
