When Anxiety Floods Your Mind
“When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up. In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.”

What This Means for You
The psalmist says 'in the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.' He had a crowded, anxious mind. God did not silence every thought. Instead, His comfort moved in right alongside the chaos.
Try This Today
The next time anxious thoughts pile up, do not try to stop them all at once. Instead, speak one truth out loud: 'God, Your mercy is holding me up right now.' Repeat it until you believe it.
