Day 166 of 365

Crying Out From the Depths

“Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.”

Psalm 130:1-2 (KJV) |

What This Means for You

The deepest prayers are not the prettiest ones. They are the raw, desperate ones that come from the bottom of everything. 'Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.' He does not need your best words. He needs your honest ones.

Try This Today

Find a place where you can be alone for five minutes. Say out loud: 'Lord, hear my voice.' Then tell Him one thing you have been carrying that you have not said to anyone else. Let it go.
