Rest Is Not Laziness
“And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.”

What This Means for You
Jesus saw that His disciples were so busy they didn't even have time to eat. His response was not 'push harder.' It was 'come rest.' If Jesus prioritized rest for the people doing kingdom work, maybe you should give yourself permission too.
Try This Today
Block out thirty minutes today for actual rest. Not scrolling, not catching up on chores. Sit, read, nap, or just be still. When guilt creeps in, remind yourself: Jesus told His disciples to do this.
