The Two Commands That Cover It All
“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.”

What This Means for You
When asked for the most important commandment, Jesus gave two: love God with everything, and love your neighbor as yourself. Every other rule hangs on these. If your faith feels complicated, start here. Love up, love out. That covers more ground than you'd think.
