Day 289 of 365

He Will Not Leave Until He Finishes

“And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of.”

Genesis 28:15 (KJV) |

What This Means for You

God made this promise to Jacob while Jacob was running away from the mess he had made. God did not wait for Jacob to get his act together. He met him on the run and said: 'I am with you. I will keep you. I will not leave you.' He says the same to you.

Try This Today

Think about something in your life that feels unfinished, a prayer still unanswered, a promise not yet fulfilled. Write it down and add this: 'He will not leave me until He has done what He has spoken.' Trust Him to finish it.
