Saved by Mercy, Not Performance

What This Means for You
Paul is crystal clear: not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us. Your worst day did not disqualify you. Your best day did not earn it. Mercy is a gift you cannot work for and do not deserve. It is the kindness of God showing up when you least expect it.
Try This Today
Think of one area where you keep trying to earn God's approval through performance. Stop performing today. Instead, simply receive. Say out loud: 'I am saved by mercy, not by my effort.'
