When Your Heart Is Troubled
“Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.”

What This Means for You
Jesus spoke these words on the night before He died. He knew what was coming, and He still told His friends: don't let your heart be troubled. Not because the trouble wasn't real, but because trust in God can hold you even when everything else shakes.
Try This Today
When anxiety spikes today, put your hand on your chest and say slowly: 'I believe in God. My heart does not have to carry this alone.' Repeat it three times and let your breathing slow down.
