Day 237 of 365

The Four Habits of the Early Church

“And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.”

Acts 2:42 (KJV) |

What This Means for You

The first believers devoted themselves to four things: teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. Not programs. Not buildings. Not social media strategies. Just people learning, eating, praying, and doing life together. Sometimes going back to the basics is the most radical thing you can do.

Try This Today

Pick one of the four habits (learning Scripture, being with other believers, sharing a meal, praying) and do it intentionally today. Invite a friend over for dinner. Open your Bible for twenty minutes. Call someone and pray together.
