What This Means for You
The writer of Hebrews says Jesus upholds all things by the word of His power. All things. The orbits of planets, the beating of your heart, the details of your chaotic week. If He can hold the universe together by speaking, He can hold your life together too.
Try This Today
When chaos feels overwhelming today, stop and look at your hands. Then pray: 'The same power that holds the universe together is holding me right now.' Take three slow breaths and let that truth settle.
