Stay Connected to the Vine

What This Means for You
Jesus could have used a hundred metaphors. He chose a vine and branches. Branches don't strain to produce fruit. They just stay connected. If your work feels exhausting and fruitless, the answer might not be to hustle harder. It might be to reconnect.
Try This Today
Set a phone alarm for noon with the label 'Am I connected today?' When it goes off, take sixty seconds to pray: 'God, I can't produce anything good apart from You. Keep me connected.'
