Well Done, Good and Faithful
“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”

What This Means for You
The master didn't say 'well done, good and successful.' He said faithful. God is not grading your output. He's looking at your heart. Showing up day after day, doing the right thing when nobody notices: that's what earns the 'well done.'
Try This Today
At the end of today, review your tasks and responsibilities. Instead of grading yourself on results, ask: 'Was I faithful with what I was given?' Thank God for the strength to show up.
